Good news! We received our first shipment of collars and leashes from our manufacturing partner. These are the Nouveau Rouge, Pupper Mint & Dreams of Azul collar & leashes (see photos below).
We know you are excited to get your paws on your first Modleash products - so while we are still waiting on confirmation when the harnesses and remaining designs will be ready - we are going to start shipping partials Kickstarter orders as early as Monday.

HOW WE'LL PROCESS PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

If your Kickstarter item is ready to ship, we'll automatically create an order for you in our online store and send you a confirmation email. The invoice will have a $0 balance so you won't have to do anything!

Once the order is created, we'll ship your item(s) within 48 hours and you'll get another confirmation email for the shipment.

All packages will be delivered via USPS and they might or might not come with an official tracking number. It depends on your rewards and location. Rest assured, they will all go out and be delivered if we have the item(s).
FAQ
- What should I do if I didn't get a confirmation email about my Kickstarter reward? Nothing, please hang tight. If you haven't received a confirmation email from our online store it means that your reward is not ready for fulfillment yet. We'll send another update on batches in the coming weeks.
- I received a confirmation email but it does not have all my rewards, should I be worried? No, we are shipping partial orders so that you get to at least experience some of our products. All your additional items will ship in future batches.
- I received my shipping confirmation email but I didn't have a tracking number? Not to worry! If you received a shipping confirmation email then your package is on its way and will be delivered in 3-5 business days regardless of a tracking number.
- I received my package but I didn't get all my rewards? That's not a mistake. We are shipping partial orders so that you get to experience some of our products before everything is ready. All your additional items will ship in future batches.
We ask and thank you for your continued patience! Not only did we have to change our entire operational plan and timeline but the postal service system is starting to be overwhelmed by the overload and limited resources so if your package doesn't arrive as quickly as expected please give it time.
